Just like humans, every dog is a little "RUFF Around The Edges"! But this is why we love them so much! It's what makes them individuals, this is why each person is able to say: "I have the best dog in the world". I am a Master Canine Trainer with a very simple philosophy; I believe that training should be fun, innovative, and growl-free.
Lances passion for animals started at a young age growing up on a farm and through his involvement showing animals in 4-H. Lances own path in life gave him a deeper understanding of why dogs do what they do, this same path also led him to his education in working with our furry friends. Lance has had the opportunity to work with dogs from many different breeds that have all passed the standard evaluation of Basic Canine Obedience. He has had the privilege to work with children suffering from Autism to help them have a special skilled canine companion to help them with their specific needs. Lance has earned certificates for completing the requirements for Master Trainer in Canine Behavioral Modification, he also has a certificate for completing 4000 apprenticeship hours as an Animal Trainer from the United States Department of Labor. Lances background is not only in training, he also has experience in rescue shelters and in counseling dog owners. He has fully trained over sixty dogs on his own and has helped many dog owners work with their own canine companions. Lance currently resides in Colorado with his wonderful famiy and his five rescue dogs named "Goose","Cookie","Halo","Lexi"and "Riddick"
